Description: TO ADOPT HR 5052, THE MILITARY CONSTRUCTION APPROPRIATIONS BILL WHICH APPROPRIATES $8.2 MILLION FOR MILITARY CONSTRUCTION FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE FOR FISCAL YEAR ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 1987 AND PROVIDES $100 MILLION IN AID TO THE NICARAGUAN "CONTRAS" AND $300 MILLION IN ECONOMIC AID TO THE COUNTRIES OF CENTRAL AMERICA.
