Bill summary: General Aviation Revitalization Act of 1994 - Sets forth a statute of limitations within which, with certain exceptions, a person must bring a civil action against an aircraft manufacturer for damages for death or injury or damage to property arising from a general aviation aircraft accident. Specifies the limitation period as 18 years with respect to general aviation aircraft and parts.
