R. 598, (15 STAT 83, 7/6/1868), A BILL CONTINUING THE BUREAU FOR THE RELIEF OF FREEDMAN AND REFUGEES AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES, SAID AMENDMENT RELATING TO COMMISSIONER SELLING FOR CASH OR INSTALLMENTS WITH SECURITY, SCHOOL BUILDINGS AND OTHER BUILDINGS CONSTRUCTED FOR REFUGEES AND FREEDMANS BY THE BUREAU TO PERSONS, CORPORATIONS OR TRUSTEES NOW USING SAME FOR EDUCATION, OR RELIEF, PROVIDED, THAT ALL FUNDS DERIVED THEREFROM SHALL BE RETURNED TO THE BUREAU APPROPRIATION AND ACCOUNTED FOR TO TREASURY OF THE UNITED STATES.
