Description: TO INSIST ON ITS DISAGREEMENT TO SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 8 TO H.R. 16901, THE AGRICULTURE-ENVIRONMENTAL AND CONSUMER PROTECTION APPROPRIATIONS FOR FISCAL 1975. SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 8 PROVIDES THAT NO FUNDS MAY BE USED BY THE EPA TO ADMINISTER ANY PROGRAM REGULATING PARKING FACILITIES.
