Description: TO AMEND HR 1777, STATE DEPARTMENT AUTHORIZATIONS, TO RESTRICT U.S. CITIZENS FROM TRAVELING IN NICARAGUA OR ANYWHERE IN CENTRAL AMERICA IF THEY PLAN TO GIVE AID OR ANY TYPE OF MILITARY ASSISTANCE TO THE GOVERNMENT OF NICARAGUA OR ANY GUERRILLA GROUP WHICH IS COMMUNIST OR RECEIVES SUPPORT FROM THE SOVIET UNION, CUBA OR NICARAGUA.
