AND JULY INSTALLMENTS OF THE MEXICAN INDEMNITIES DUE 1844, BY APPROPRIATING $275,000 FOR THE PAYMENT THEREOF, IT APPEARING THAT THIS SUM HAD BEEN DULY PAID TO AN AUTHORIZED AGENT OF THE U.S. GOVERNMENT.
