AND MEXICO FOR THE EXTRADITION OF CRIMINALS BY STRIKING OUT ARTICLE 2, WHICH PROPOSES THAT EXTRADITION FOR CRIMES COMMITTED IN THE FRONTIER STATES OR TERRITORIES OF EITHER COUNTRY BE REQUISITIONED THROUGH THE PROPER AUTHORITIES IN SAID TERRITORIES.
