Description: TO AGREE TO RESERVATION NO. 3 TO THE VERSAILLES TREATY, PROVIDING THAT THE UNITED STATES HEREBY GIVES NOTICE THAT IT WILL WITHDRAW FROM THE LEAGUE OF NATIONS AT THE END OF FIVE YEARS FROM THE DATE OF THE EXCHANGE OF RATIFICATIONS OF THE TREATY, UNLESS WITHIN THAT TIME EACH MEMBER SHALL HAVE AGREED THAT IN NO CASE WILL IT RESORT TO WAR, EXCEPT TO SUPPRESS AN INSURRECTION OR REPEL AN ACTUAL INVASION OF ITS TERRITORY.
