Description: TO AMEND H.R. 3325, BY PROVIDING THAT IT IS "THE POLICY OF THE UNITED STATES THAT THE PRICE LEVEL AS SHOWN BY THE BUREAU OF LABOR STATISTICS SHALL BE ADJUSTED TO 100, AND IT SHALL BE THE DUTY OF THE BOARD OF GOVERNORS OF THE FEDERAL RESERVE SYSTEM, THE SEC. OF THE TREASURY, AND THE OTHER EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENTS OF THE GOVERNMENT TO COOPERATE IN THE WORK OF ADJUSTING SUCH PRICE LEVEL AS NEARLY STABLE AT SUCH POINT OF 100 AS IS HUMANLY POSSIBLE."
