TO CONFINE AUTHORITY OF THE AEC TO ENTER INTO CONTRACTS FOR ELECTRIC POWER TO CONTRACTS W/PERSONS AGREEING TO SUPPLY SUCH SERVICE DIRECTLY TO THE AEC INSTILLATIONS AND PROVIDING THAT ANY CONTRACT HEREAFTER ENTERED INTO BY THE AEC SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO THE JOINT COMMITTEE ON ATOMIC ENERGY.
