R. 154 (12 STAT. 348, APP. 3/1/1862), A BILL MAKING APPROPRIATIONS FOR SUNDRY CIVIL EXPENSES OF THE GOVERNMENT FOR THE YEAR ENDING JUNE 30 1863, AND ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 1862; WHICH AMENDMENT PROVIDES THAT THE SUM OF $3000, INSTEAD OF $1000, BE APPROPRIATED FOR PURCHASES AND REPAIRS OF THE PUBLIC GROUNDS.
